Our platform is designed so that anyone can set up your account with basic technical skills. We have created video tutorials and step by step guides to make the setup is straight forward.
If you are not comfortable with technology, we also offer a "white glove" Done-For-You (DFY) service. By choosing this service, you can save time and focus on other priorities of the business while professionals handle the technical setup.
This depends on your technical skills but for someone who is tech savvy, they can usually get their account setup in approximately 8-12 working hours.
All clients are assigned an onboarding specialist. Included is a 1 hour training session via zoom so we can walk you through our platform and answer all your questions. All accounts have unlimited email & text support. If you purchase the team or business coaching package, you receive unlimited live zoom support.
