Our platform is designed so that anyone can set up your account with basic technical skills. We have created video tutorials and step by step guides to make the setup is straight forward.
If you are not comfortable with technology, we also offer a "white glove" Done-For-You (DFY) service. By choosing this service, you can save time and focus on other priorities of the business while professionals handle the technical setup.
This depends on your technical skills but for someone who is tech savvy, they can usually get their account setup in approximately 8-12 working hours.
All clients are assigned an onboarding specialist. Included is a 1 hour training session via zoom so we can walk you through our platform and answer all your questions. All accounts have unlimited email & text support. If you purchase the team or business coaching package, you receive unlimited live zoom support. We also have a complete library of video tutorials and step by step guides.
We do offer migration services. To get a quote, please contact us so we can ask a few questions that will help us better understand your migration requirements. On average migration services typically range from $2000-$5000 depending on the scope of the project.
If you purchase the white glove setup add-on we will help you customize your website. Customizations are limited to the existing pages in our website template. Any additional pages will be additional. Contact us if you are interested in building custom pages.
Savings is broken down into 2 parts. The first savings is the cost by significantly reducing the amount of different softwares needed. The second savings is the time and headaches by streamlining workflows, reducing human errors, and seamless integration between each module which gives more time to your staff to focus on booking appointments and patient support.
We do not have a contract. Every account is month to month. We believe in freedom and no one should ever pay for something they are not happy with.
The AiO platform can complement or replace existing tools depending on your current setup. You can phase out redundant systems to maximize efficiency or integrate specific features into your existing workflow. We love simplification and saving money!
If you are not happy for any reason, simply cancel your subscription and you will not be billed anymore.
No, the AiO platform is designed to complement, not replace, EHR and billing systems. It focuses on sales, marketing, communication, and administrative workflows.
We currently do not offer direct integration with any EHR. As our client base grows, we will be able to offer direct integration with the most popular EHR's.

Absolutely, if you would like us to offer coaching to other team members such as office staff or clinicians please contact us. The business coaching package only includes 1 weekly coaching session for the leadership team and 1 weekly coaching session for the office manager.
We work with practices at any stage. If you’re solo, we’ll help set up systems and workflows to prepare for future growth, including guidance on hiring key team members when the time is right.
Our coaching sessions are conducted via zoom calls.
The weekly leadership call is 45 minutes. In this call we will review your key performance indicators (KPI's), discuss your practice's current challenges, set clear action steps for the following week, and provide guidance on execution.
The weekly 1-on-1 coaching session with the office manager is 30 minutes. We get more tactical here by helping your office manager work through the top issues one at a time.

Our program is designed to grow with your practice. There is a $1,000 per month program fee plus $500 per mapped patient. The chair alone will be a big investment and we want to make sure your practice is profitable right away. Schedule a discovery call and we will break it all down for you.
We have a very short list of brands we trust and recommend. Do not ever buy a chair that has a per session fee and does not have a technical support team inside the US. Also, any company that says they will market for you and help you fill up your chair is fake news. Ultimately at the end of the day you are the only person that will fill up your chair.
We won’t do the billing for you, but we’ll make sure your biller and coordinator become experts at billing. This includes training them on maximizing reimbursements, understanding payer requirements, and avoiding the common errors that lead to denied claims.
